Coaching Products

• Cycling and triathlon programmes, personalised to maximise your potential, based on your goals:
  • Set up fee (in advance) - £40 (includes initial consultation)
  • 1 month of programmes, unlimited communication (email and phone) - £100
• Contact us on the email or phone number below for further information.  The athlete roster is strictly limited to ensure those on programmes receive the highest quality coaching, but we also hold a reserve list. 

• These can be arranged at a time and venue to suit you (if within an hour's drive), in any discipline whether swim, bike, run, transitions, planning your programme or strength and conditioning
• Sessions start at £60 for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours
• Sessions in locations over 40 miles away from our base in southern England will be considered, up to a maximum of 60 miles, but will incur an extra charge

• Ensure you are gaining optimum power output whilst remaining injury free through a bike set-up session - £70
• You will be set up on your bike and photos will be taken.  You receive a file with your pictures and measurements to keep for future reference, plus any changes made and advice given
• Local service only, within 25 miles of us

• Underwater swim stroke (subject to pool availability) - cost on request
• Running and cycling technique (location depending) - £70
