Exciting new development for us in the Alps! We are now offering small group (3 people maximum) trips with self catered accommodation and 3 guided rides if required. If last year was a surprise, this year was a complete shock!

It was very nice just to be nominated, I went to the awards dinner thinking it would just be good to be in the company of some local athletes and officials, turned out I was short listed, and was honoured to the joint winner with a rugby coach.

What an amazing experience the XX Commonwealth Games in Glasgow proved to be.  Everything about the Games was superb, the village, the mix of athletes, the venues, the weather (mostly!) but most of all the people of Scotland.

Delayed report due to a very busy period over the last month!  Claire once again competed for Guyana, this time in Denmark, at the Cycling World Championships. 

After a successful trip to Guyana in June for the National Cycling Championships, Claire Fraser took the titles in the road race and time trial.
